Did a great job replacing underground broken pipe. Tend to encourage more than what is necessary (even after you’ve stated your intention), and most recently was wrong about the neighborhood suggesting “as they keep adding new homes and residents to the neighborhood they’ll increase the water pressure” to try to sell me on a step up from just a repair. Whole neighborhood was built in the 80’s.
